I’m Chasity. A mom of 3, engaged to the most amazing woman, and a recently turned stay at home mom! I enjoy a variety of hobbies: cooking, crafting, and I’m a huge make-up fiend!

Why am I here? Easy! I was recently given the opportunity to stay home and be with my children. This has opened my eyes to how unhealthy we got during my time as a working mom. So here’s our journey of finding our healthy selves again and everything that happens in between!
